Two types of YOGA

Yoga is a healing system of theory and practice. It is a combination of breathing exercises, physical postures, and meditation that has been practiced for more than 5,000 years. In a recent survey conducted by myself I have came to the conclusion that there are two types of Yoga. As you can see from the first picture the uncle is performing an ancient yoga but the other one lower below is the current yoga!! hahahaha
