Don't play with stun-gun

Do you know that a stun-gun is a dangerous weapon? It can generate high voltage, low amperage electric charge that can stun faint a person in matter of seconds. In another words, this means that the charge has a lot of pressure behind it. In my country, owing one of this stun-gun will lead me to many years behind bars.

Many of the bad bandits, robbers, car jackers, rapists and many more uses this stun-gun to attack a person for his personal gain. When triggered this stun-gun, the intensity and charge passes into the victim's body through heavy clothing and skin are of high voltage. However, this following video is about a Numb-nuts also using a similar stun-gun to test it on his balls with the help of his friend of course. Is this guy insane or what?
